Item Description
Use
The TF6030 is a semi-professional manual thermoforming machine made in France. It is robust and easy to use. To install it, simply place it on a table and plug it in. This thermoforming machine can be used to produce around a hundred forms per day.
The thermoforming machine allows you to give a 3D shape to a plastic sheet. It is used to make packaging trays, plastic shells, chocolate molds, models, etc.

Thermoforming
The mold is placed on the movable platen. The operator installs the plastic sheet in the frame and then pulls the heating box to the front position. When the heat has softened the plastic, the operator moves the heating box back, starts the vacuum pump and raises the mold located on the platen using the lever. The plastic sheet is pressed onto the mold, it cools in a few seconds and maintains the shape of the mold.
The main thermoformable plastics are polystyrene, PVC and PETG from 0.1 to 3 mm thick.
Skin plating
The TF6030 also allows you to perform skin-packing. This operation consists of holding an object on a cardboard support using a transparent plastic film.
The plastic material is heated above its softening point and placed on a cardboard on which the objects to be packaged are already placed. It sticks to the cardboard and places the objects on it. Skin-packing allows the packaging of objects from a few grams to several kilograms.
The main materials used are PVC + PVC coated cardboard and Surlyn® + Surlyn® coated cardboard.

All items listed in auction are located for inspection at our facility located at 4724 Mitchell Street Suite F, North Las Vegas, NV 89081 unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to inspect the items before the auction anytime during our normal business hours which are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Inspection is encouraged as all items are sold "as-is".

Buyers Premium

Payment & Removal
Successful high bidders are to make payment and remove items no later than 7 days from specific purchase date. Biddergy accepts cash, wire transfer, money order, cashier's check, and credit cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express). Successful high bidders are responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes that may apply. After this 7 day period if your invoice has not been both paid for and picked up, an automatic $2 per lot/per day storage fee will be added to your invoice and will be subject to being resold at the high bidder's expense. Auctions

Example - An item is scheduled to end at 8:00pm, a bid is placed at 7:58pm, the ending time will be extended 5 minutes making the end time 8:03pm, this will continue until no bids are placed during the last 5 minutes.
